Andy is a highly experienced industry practitioner with over 30 years’ experience gained through NatWest Registrars, RBS Registrars and Computershare since 1987.

As Operations Manager within Corporate Actions, he was closely involved in the major UK privatisations and played a leading role in the implementation of CREST Corporate Action functionality.

Following the takeover of RBS Registrars by Computershare in 1998, Andy joined the Technology Services division undertaking several management roles and played an influential role in the business integration and ongoing development of new products.

Andy joined the Global Capital Markets team in September 2008.

As Head of Meetings Advisory at Link Group, Graham leads a team that works closely with Issuer clients, relationship managers and stakeholders supporting the management of AGM / GM’s and other events. Graham has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years, 20 of these for RBS both onshore and offshore and prior to joining Link Group last summer he worked for Broadridge Financial Solutions in the proxy voting space for 10 years.

Michael represents a strategic leader with global securities experience. Proven driver of change both at business and industry level to create significant top and

bottom-line growth: Chair of industry and board committees, driver of operational and product transformation utilising new systems and technologies (including RPA, Fintech, and AI); new product creation and introduction; and lead of international harmonisation of market processing.
